Villa Giardino

If you want to be near the Krka National Park or just want a beautiful, spacious, quiet villa to relax in, don''t hesitate to book this. The property was spotlessly clean and had fantastic outdoor space. It had all the things we needed in the kitchen (including sharp knives), comfortable beds, effective AC, etc. The pool is unheated but we stayed when the weather was 25+c so it was a perfect temperature for swimming. The wifi was excellent. The owners live next door and we were given their own eggs and cherries (stayed in June). We were told we could use the barbeque (we did twice!) and not to worry about the ash - each time it was cleaned away for us. They were very kind and not at all intrusive. There is a daily bread van delivery which handily stops just outside the next door villa each weekday morning. The nearest supermarkets are in Drnis a 15 minute drive away. The Rosni Slap entrance to Krka is also 15 mins. We bought year passes (ID required) as they were 60 euros each and a summer day pass is 40 euros We went to different parts of the park on different days. Riki bikes in Skradin were highly professional and great for e-bikes (mention parking when you contact them as they were able to give us a free parking pass). There is an interesting new information centre about Krka in Kistanje, which is also included in your Park ticket, but not on any of the park information! Zipline Sibenik are highly recommended and offer 3 ziplines across the Cikola canyon, only 3 minutes drive from the villa. - The only issue was the lack of communication from Adriagate. We were sent the initial confirmation of payment paperwork but then heard nothing, all other sites we''ve used send details at least 48 hours before arrival. We sent an email request for arrival instructions and were told to contact the owner. The phone number on the original paperwork wasn''t clearly that of the owner''s and the link to the host on the app takes you to Adriagate! Very confusing! We ended up sending a text and a Whatsapp to the owner and had a response by text saying they would meet us. They live next door and are absolutely lovely, the electric gates to the property opened as we drove up.

Tolles, sauberes Haus, schöner Außenbereich und Pool ! Alles so wie auf den Photos zu sehen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Beste aber waren die Gastgeber. Super herzlich ! Sie haben uns die 2 Wochen über mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten wie Obst, Eiern, Gebäck und selbstgemachtem Wein versorgt. Soviel Gastfreundlichkeit gibt es wirklich selten. Vielen Dank an Zrinka und ihre Eltern !!!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight waren die Klimaanlage, der riesige Salzwasser Pool und natürlich der Außengrill. Die Gastgeber sind Goldstücke und kümmern sich liebevoll um das Anwesen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen dem Nationalpark Krka, Drnis und Šibenik. Ausflüge sind demnach ohne große Anfahrt möglich.
