It has 150 m2 and is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with access to a beautiful terrace of 20 m2 with barbecue, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and separate toilet with washing machine.On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and an extra bed, and a private balcony with a beautiful sea view. One parking space is provided on the property and the other in front of the house.

Fantastic, fully equipped villa
We are quite fussy travellers, but Villa Lara exceeded our expectations. The place was fantastic, fully equipped for a group with children. Everything we needed was there. The villa was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. The owner met us upon our arrival, explained everything and was overall very lovely.
Upper bedrooms have air con, downstairs bedroom doesn´t, but with an open door to the living room it was still comfortable to sleep in as long as the air con was running in the living room.
The beach was great with crystal clear water, mix of sand and fine pebbles. It is only a few minutes walk from the villa with couple of nice cafes along the main drag.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Villa Lara to everyone. Can´t wait to return again. - This is not a negative comment, but just be aware that there is a church next to the Villa so be prepared to be woken up every day at 7am with church bells :)

Tolle Unterkunft
Tolle Strandnähe, ca. 200m, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Klimaanlage in den beiden oberen Schlafzimmern, unten eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, aber völlig ausreichend auch für das untere Schlafzimmer.
Eine sehr nette Vermieterin . Hat sich gleich um Anliegen gekümmert (Gas zum kochen war leer), danke Lara.
