Gemütliches Haus fast direkt am Strand
Wir verreisten im Juli 2026.Wir waren eine Familiengruppe und hatten für 10 Personen ausreichend Platz.
Das Haus ist in 2 separate Wohneinheiten unterteilt.
Der Blick aus der oberen Wohnung vom Balkon aufs Meer ist traumhaft .
Die Außenanlage ist schön eingerichtet und bietet Platz für alle. der Pool ist recht groß und der Besitzer kümmert sich gut um die Sauberkeit. Es gibt 2 Außenduschen und eine Außentoilette, was wir sehr praktisch fanden.
Das Haus hat alles , was man braucht. Der Besitzer wohnt nebenan und ist per Handy jederzeit erreichbar. Er kümmert sich schnell und zuverlässig.
Der Strand ist ein Felsstrand und nur wenige Meter entfernt. Am Strand befanden sich 4 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm für uns. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Das Wasser ist kristallklar und wunderschön.
Der Weg ins ein 15 minütiger Spaziergang und in der Hitze recht mühsam. Im Dorf gibt es aber alles , was man. braucht.
Insgesamt war es ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub.
Bei der Zufahrt zum Haus muss man aufpassen. Die Straßen sind sehr eng.

Toller Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie
Das Haus ist toll gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße mit kurzen Fußweg zum Strand. Die Gassen sind allerdings sehr eng so dass man mit einem großen Auto wirklich Probleme hat. Der Strand ist ein für die Gegend üblicher Betonstrand. In 10 bis 15 min ist man in Zentrum gelaufen wo es mehrere Restaurants sowie 2 Supermärkte und einen Hafen gibt. Empfehlen würde ich unbedingt die Fahrt mit der Fähre. Das Haus besteht aus 2 separaten Wohnungen. Unten können 6 Personen schlafen. Oben eigentlich auch. Oben ist ein Bad und unten 2.
Der Pool ist toll und wird vom Verwalter gepflegt, der nebenan wohnt. Man kann auf der großen Terrasse essen nur abends scheint da die Sonne ziemlich stark hin. Nach Split fährt man ungefähr eine Stunde.
